Since we opened, we have created more than 300 different flavors. Our inspiration is driven by our Italian traditions, by the ingredients we find at the local farmer markets, and by the all the fantastic desserts we have eaten in Austin and around the world.

We serve between 12 and 18 flavors of gelato and sorbets. We classify our flavors in three categories: staples (always available); rotating flavors (available every couple of weeks, all year around); and seasonal flavors (e.g., fruit based flavors and holiday flavors).
